Mike was great to work with for our home inspection! He was recommended by our real estate agent and we had a great experience. My husband and I are going through the home buying process for the first time. Mike was thorough in inspecting the house and provided a detailed inspection report with images. He also took the time to walk us through the whole house after his initial inspection, pointing out all potential issues but also talking through regular home maintenance the house will require, whether we can do it ourselves or should hire someone, and other tips that we need to know.

Mike was extremely thorough in his inspection and was able to put everything into layman's terms for us to clearly understand. He walked us through all things good and bad in the home, and he provided personal recommendations for maintaining different features and appliances. We had a 1:30pm inspection and a detailed report in our inboxes by 5:30am the next morning. We'd highly recommend Mike!

Mike was a consummate professional and was incredibly helpful and thorough in helping with the inspection on our home. As a first time home buyer I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to expect, but Mike really helped walk us through the process. He helped identify what was critically important in addition what was recommended maintenance. I let him do his thing floor by floor and he would summarize everything that needed attention between each one giving us the information in summary for each section and answering all of questions. He offered advice on how to prolong the life of appliances as well as expected life of everything and helped us understand the issues we otherwise would have completely overlooked. We hired Michael Wilke to do our home inspection. He arrived on time, friendly, and walked us through each area he inspected, along with educating us on thing we did not know. He took his time to view everything, even in the pouring rain. We receive our inspection notes in less than 24 hours as well. The details in the notes are amazing!
